Action in the Hennepin County District Court brought by Roger Hill and Judith Hill, to recover damages allegedly resulting from the sale of their business to defendant Okay Construction Company, Inc., in which transaction they were represented by defendant E. E. Ranta. The case was tried before Jonathan Lebedoff, Judge, and a jury, and on the basis of a special verdict, the court found plaintiffs entitled to judgment against both defendants for $30,000 plus other claims and defendant corporation entitled to indemnity from defendant Ranta. Defendant Ranta appealed from the judgment entered and from an order denying his motion for a new trial, and defendant corporation filed a notice of review.
